     Just a note to say thank you for our lovely condo.  It was everything we hoped and dreamed it would be.  From morning coffee watching the sun rise to ending our day with wine on the lanai and everything in between - it was simply wonderful.  Condo was perfect - everything we needed, super clean, a real home away from home!  We can't wait to return!  Thanks again.

      I want tell you what an absolutely wonderful time we had at the "Paradise". We had spent the week before in Honolulu on Waikiki beach and it was fun and lovely and all that we knew it would be.  But it wasn't until we moved into our perfect little cottage on the beach that the real Hawaiian vacation began.  Everything about the Makaloa Paradise was suited to our taste. The right size, the right furnishings, the right equipment (as in anything you could possibly want including the beach towels) and most of all... THE RIGHT LOCATION.
     We loved the roar of the surf right outside our bedroom window.   We loved being 20 feet from our own quite private, beautiful beach.  We loved the country location and we loved being near to some outstanding restaurants and sights.  Best restaurant was in Turtle Bay, Outstanding. Best view - Waimea Bay, best fun bar - Jamesons.  Best people watching - Sunset Beach. It was all so wonderful.  We only hope we get the chance to come back and visit again.  It was really very comfortable and friendly. Thank you so much for providing us with such a lovely vacation.  Keep up the good work. 
     Another thing is the tremendous value you provide. We are used to the outrageous prices on Cape Cod for very mediocre lodging. I know everyone talks about how expensive Hawaii is but we didn't find it to be that way at all.  If you are from the Northeast corridor, the prices for food, lodging, beverage and entertainment are less than Boston or New York.  It really is worth the price of the airfare to visit the islands . It's just a guaranteed perfect vacation.

     I just wanted to drop you a note and let you know that Willa and I had a wonderful time celebrating our 25th anniversary at the Palailai Paradise. We spent four wonderful days with you and the cottage was just super.  Both of us listed "falling asleep to the crashing of the waves at the Palailai Paradise" as one of our best memories.
        Hopefully, one day we will return.  And if we come to Oahu, we would love to return to your paradise.  Thanks for sharing it with us.

     Gigi's is the perfect Hawaiian vacation spot.  Half-way between the Northshore and Honolulu it's easy access to everywhere...should you feel the need to leave its beautiful surroundings.  The units are cozy, fully-equipped, clean and provide incredible access to the island's best beach and snorkeling area.  Even compared to the famous Hanauma Bay snorkeling area it's fantastic. We'd recommend it in a heartbeat and we're already planning our next visit with every intention of staying at Gigi's.

     I just wanted to let you know what a wonderful time we had at your cottage. It was just perfect and now I wish we had stayed there our entire trip. It was difficult staying in a condo on Maui after being in your cottage for 3 nights.   It was beautiful there and we loved the area.  We did get to do a lot while we were there.  But still, none of it compared to the quiet seclusion of your little cottage. I hope we get to go back someday and we will be able to spend a week there doing absolutely nothing.

     We just spent 10 fantastic days in the Mala Pua Paradise .... The cottage was immaculate and provided everything we needed - including hair dryer, iron and vacuum.  I cannot imagine anyone wanting to stay in Honolulu.  Punaluu Beach (which was twenty feet from our back door) is beautiful!  The sand appears to have been groomed, the water is crystal clear and it was common for us to be the only people on the beach!  My grand-daughters enjoyed chasing the crabs on the beach and then taking advantage of the swimming pool.  I enjoyed the great location, sounds of the ocean and the friendly people.  A surprise to me was the fantastic snorkeling I found right on our own beach!!  (Another "unadvertised benefit!!)  Ahi's restaraunt provided fantastic food on the nights that we didn't BBQ or cook in the cottage.  Our ten days in paradise left us with a lifetime of memories - and a lasting desire to return, which we will!  But please, stop advertising the benefits of the windward side of Oahu - send them all to Waikiki - let us enjoy The Paradise in Punaluu!!

     I just wanted to tell you what a wonderful time we had. We loved the location of the cottage right on the beach. It was beautiful and peaceful. The sunrises were gorgeous. We would love to come back next year.

     I just returned to the reality of San Francisco and long for the serenity of the Uliuli paradise.  My friends and I had spent 10 very busy days working in Honolulu when we arrived for our 4 day stay at Gigi's Oceanfront Paradise.  We were looking for a way to experience Island life without the hustle of the city.  We certainly found what we were looking for.  We shopped locally for spiced pork, chicken and beef and had a great BBQ every night.  We also visited the shrimp farm and bought live shrimp for dinner.  What a treat.  Not to mention the roadside fresh fruit stands with the most incredible bananas, pineapples.  Can't wait to come back.

     After being a bit nervous about renting a cottage from a small picture on your excellent web site, we were very pleased with the accommodations.  Right on the beach, very clean and well equipped.  We enjoyed our stay very much and would love to return for another very relaxing stay. We enjoyed the Polynesian Cultural Center and many other places on the island.      You made our vacation better than ever!  Our cottage was just perfect, we couldn't have asked for anything better and to do it all with not ever seeing the place and only talking to you on the phone is really a credit to the great place you have to offer. I must admit I was a little nervous since we had to prepay  without seeing the accommodations! 
      What a PERFECT place, it was probably one of our best vacations ever. The house was so clean, and there were no bugs.  Everything was there for convenience, and having a washer and dryer was a big bonus.  I loved sitting on the porch having dinner every night, watching the moon and clouds.  Also, what a great location and perfect beach, especially for a child.  We really want to come back in the spring, but it is always busy for us at that time of year.  We will certainly be back!

     My Maui loving friends look at me funny when I say Oahu is my favorite Island. They think crowded Waikiki IS Oahu! But when I show them pictures of the beautiful white sand beaches at Punaluu they can't believe it exists anywhere in overly touristy Hawaii. There is often not a soul in sight. Our little cottage right on the water was unbelievable. JoAnne and I went to sleep listening to the surf rolling on the beach and awoke to the sun streaming in our bedroom windows. April turned out to be a wonderful time -- temperature just right -- no need to even use the overhead fans. And only a bit of rain one day. We had a wonderful hike to Sacred Falls. Gerald bent over backward to insure that we were comfortable. We can't praise him and his wife enough.

     My wife and I stayed at the cottages for a month for two years in a row. We felt like we were at home, but better, it was so wonderful to be able to take a quiet walk on the beach before even having breakfast. We can't wait to go back!

     We have had the pleasure of staying at the cottages several times, and are always anxious to return. The proximity to the beach is absolutely fantastic - right out the door! There are plenty of great eating places if you choose not to cook!! The Polynesian Culture Center is only four miles away (one of my favorite spots), and there is wonderful snorkeling nearby at Shark's Cove. It's a great place to have a layed back, relaxed vacation.
