Rates:  Depending on the amenities of our cottages and condominiums, rates vary from:
bulletRange from $115 to $320 per night (3 night minimum), any time of the year except from December 20 trough January 4.  
bullet$60 - $75 cleaning fee is additional (based on the number of people in your group). 
bulletWe do have weekly and monthly rates. 
bulletDaily maid service is available upon request  for an additional fee.
bullet$100 security deposit required within 10 days of making reservation.
bulletFull payment is due within 30 days of arrival.   
                                                             

Please note all fees are nonrefundable after their due date. No refunds will be made in the event of no shows or interruption or cancellation upon your arrival date. There will be no refund of any amount for check out prior to final reservation date.
