Nui 'ikena Paradise (The Greatest View Paradise) - Three
bedroom, 2 stories penthouse on 8th and 9th floor in building with secured
access has fantastic views of the ocean and mountains. Perfect for larger
family or 3 couples. 3 lanais (2 ocean side, 1 mountain side). Living room
(on 8th floor) and large master bedroom (on 9th floor) each have a lanai
overlooking the ocean. The other 9th floor large bedroom has a lanai with
a view of the mountains. The third bedroom is on the 8th
floor. The 2
large upstairs bedrooms have king
size beds, the downstairs bedroom has a queen and a full bed.
Has all
the amenities necessary to make your vacation perfect. Washer
and dryer inside the apartment,
assigned parking space, cable TV and phone. Full kitchen with

full kitchen with dishwasher. Terrific
view from the 7th floor. Assigned parking space.
The
Ali'i Paradise (The Royal Paradise) - Great looking sixth
floor unit in building with secured access. Queen bed in bedroom
area (no door but away from the living area), queen futon and single futon
chair. Full kitchen (no dishwahsher), washer/dryer, cable TV,phone
and has a great lanai with ocean and beach view.
The
Ehu Kai Paradise
(The Seafoam Paradise) - Corner unit on second floor of building with secured access. Two full size
murphy beds in custom made cabinets comfortably sleep four people. Has two
lanais, one with the ocean view and the other is a private entrance to your
Paradise. Has
own private
washer and dryer inside the unit. F ull kitchen (no oven or
dishwasher) cable TV and phone.
Please
note: The units do not have air conditioning, however,
you are ON the beach, therefore, ocean breezes and ceiling fans are more
than adequate.
