The U'i Moana Paradise (The Beautiful Ocean Paradise)  Three bedroom, 2 stories penthouse on the 8th and 9th floor in building with secured access has fantastic views of the ocean and mountains. 3 lanais (2 ocean side, 1 mountain side). Living room (on 8th floor) has a great lanai overlooking the beach and on the 9th floor, there are 2 bathrooms, 2 bedrooms, each one with a lanai, one overlooking the ocean and one overlooking the mountains, the ocean side bedroom has a kingsize bed, the other mountain side bedroom has 2 twin beds.   The third bedroom, on the 8th floor has a queen bed and is adjacent the second bathroom. Living room has a queen sofa bed. Two full size murphy beds in custom made cabinets comfortably sleep four people.  Has two lanais, one with the ocean view and the other is a private entrance to your Paradise. Has own private washer and dryer inside the unit.  F ull kitchen (no oven or dishwasher) cable TV and phone.

The Makani Kai Paradise - Large one bedroom with full kitchen, all new appliances including dishwasher,  washer/dryer, just been painted, so it is very clean, all tile flooring, brand new queen size bed with new quality linens, living room does have a couple of sofas that could be used for the kids and there is a  portable twin available as well.  Lanai opens up to the grounds, pool area (perfect if your kids like to spend lots of time swimming) and directly onto the beach, no elevators to deal with.....ideal with kids!!!....large living room with cable tv, dvd/vcr player, full bath, assigned parking space, NO PHONE

Please note: The units do not have air conditioning, however, 
you are ON the beach, therefore, ocean breezes and ceiling fans are more than adequate.
