(2 ocean side, 1 mountain side). Living room (on 8th floor) has a great
lanai
overlooking the beach and on the 9th floor, there are 2 bathrooms, 2
bedrooms, each one with a lanai, one overlooking the ocean and one
overlooking the mountains, the ocean side bedroom has a kingsize bed,
the other mountain side bedroom has 2 twin beds. The third
bedroom, on the 8th floor has a queen bed and is adjacent the second
bathroom. Living room has a queen sofa bed. All
amenities necessary to make feel like home! Tile floor
throughout, full kitchen with dishwasher, washer and dryer inside
the apartment, cable TV and DVD player in living room and master
bedroom, assigned parking space, access to pool, BBQ and ALL ON THE
BEACH

This unit does not have air conditioning, however,
you are ON the beach, therefore,
ocean breezes and ceiling fans are more than adequate.
